Co-worker with Chocoalte Birthday cake...

One of my co-workers is a Master Baker and makes high quality desserts from scratch. Tomorrow is his birthday, and he brought in a full sheet (18 X 24) chocolate cake, with thick chocolate frosting, and topped with fresh Raspberries and Strawberries...
