Getting back on it!

I was curious when I could resume my usual routine after donating blood. Looks like the "turn-around" time is shorter than I though! :)This morning I tried doing Yoga, and had no problems! :-) I am still keeping my calories around the 2000 calorie point so by body can have all the fuel it needs to make new blood.It is nice being active again! :)My weight was 143.75 this morning.
