Still puffed, but doing good!

I got up early today and did a hard 30 minute program on the bike. I was 141.50 this morning, which is acceptable considering it's that time of the month. I should be back under 140 in a few days. :)Today my team at work went out for lunch. I was worried about it because we went to "Old Chicago" which is a pizza place.
